きのこなべ

  ダナンにてきのこなべを食べに行きました。

このきのこなべもともとは雲南省から来たらしく

ハノイに本店がああって

ここダナンにも店が出ました。

きのこなべ？！

とはじめは乗り気ではなかったのですが　食べてみるとすごくヘルシー

地鶏の出汁になつめやれんこん、しめじ、などなどさまざまなきのこを入れて、

レモンと塩コショウ　香菜のたれをつけて食べます。

ここではがさっといろんなきのこがいっぺんに入れられましたが

ハノイの店ではひとつひとつのきのこの名前が紹介されひとつひとつもったいぶってなべに入れる

高級料理っぽいスタイルとのこと。

それにしても体がほかほか。

野菜をたらふく食べたあとは体がかるいねえ。

といいながら　店をあとにしました。

そうそう。
きのこなんてこんなに一杯食べたら飽きやしないか。
とはじめ思ったけれど
これが以外にいろんな味があってちっともあきませんでした。
なつめ　もはいっていたし
レンコンも入っていて
青菜もざくざく入れて　たべました。
おしょうゆとレモンを絞ったら合うかな？
とやってみたけれど
ここで出てくるみたいに
塩と胡椒とレモンをつけて食べるほうが断然おいしかった。
是非一緒に行きましょう！！！！！！
